Supervision
For CRPO Registrants and Psychotherapy Professionals
Clinical supervision is an essential part of professional growth, offering a space for reflection, exploration, and the development of clinical understanding.
I provide clinical supervision to Registered Psychotherapists and other eligible CRPO registrants seeking to fulfill their supervision requirements, accumulate required clinical supervision hours, and deepen their therapeutic practice.
Drawing on nearly two decades of experience in psychotherapy, my approach emphasizes reflective practice, ethical decision-making, the therapeutic relationship, and a deeper understanding of the psychological processes that emerge in clinical work.
Supervision is not simply about discussing cases or finding solutions. It is an opportunity to explore the complexities of therapeutic work, develop greater confidence in clinical judgment, and cultivate a more thoughtful and authentic professional identity.
My clinical work is grounded in psychodynamic and depth-oriented psychology, while drawing on an integrative approach that recognizes the complexity of human experience. I believe effective psychotherapy requires both a strong theoretical foundation and the flexibility to respond to each individual’s unique needs. In supervision, we explore how different therapeutic approaches can be thoughtfully integrated and adapted, while paying particular attention to underlying psychological processes, relational dynamics, and the clinical reasoning behind therapeutic decisions. The aim is to foster a reflective, flexible, and responsive clinical practice.
